President & CEO
Robert A. Kingsly is the founder of Sydaap Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He manages a dual responsibility of heading the “Board of Directors” and the “Management Team”. He is a Post Graduate in Applied Electronics from Guindy Engineering College, Anna University - Chennai. He has over eleven years of experience across the length and breadth of the semiconductor industry, having worked with several tier-1 and start-up organizations with responsibilities of an Individual, Engineering Management and Business Development. Robert A. Kingsly has a unique ability to make strategic long range decisions along with a foresight of transpiring into a reality. He believes that great Organizations are created upon three mutually inclusive entities of People, Technology and Business.

Director
M. Amalathas is the co-founder of Sydaap Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and a member of the “Board of Directors”. He has over thirty years of experience in the Broadcasting industry, working for the Government of India at various Engineering Management roles. He has seen through the installation and commissioning of several Power Transmitters, and associated with many research labs. He is a strategic advisor to the chairman of the Board.

Chief Technology Advisor
Dr. Chitranjan K Singh is the Chief Technology Advisor at Sydaap Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He drives the IP Portfolio and various research activities at Sydaap. Dr. Singh recieved the B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, M.S and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Unviersity of Texas at Dallas. His research focus has been with alogirithm development and high throughput VLSI implementation for MIMO systems. He has authored and published more than 10 journals and conference papers and has multiple patents pending in the areas of MIMO, OFDM and iterative error correction coding. He is a member of IEEE.
Dr. Singh a technologist to the core, has over 11 years of experience developing algorithms and architecting ASICs/FPGA for a wide range of wireless and wireline communications systems. With his system level perspective he brings in some unique techniques for performance and low power implementations. He currently leads the development of reliable wireless sensor network using MIMO and integrating miniaturized nano-antennas and MEMs sensor for healthcare at University of Arkansas at Little rock (UALR). Prior to this, he has been the lead and architect for several ASIC & FPGA designs at NextWave Wireless, Adaptec Inc, Marconi and C-DOT.

Strategic Advisor
Arun Ramakrishnan has a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and a Masters Degree in Electronic Packaging from the University of Maryland at College Park. He has eight years of experience in the fields of semiconductor substrate design and package development in two Fortune 500 VLSI design companies in the United States and has 5 patents in substrate design and 5 journal publications in the field of electronic hardware reliability. He is currently pursuing an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He is also associated with McKinsey and Company - a global strategy consulting firm.

VP of Global Business Development
Dr. Joseph Chu is the VP of Global Business Development at Sydaap Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and drives the Marketing & Business Development Strategies. Joseph brings over 25 years of experience in the communication and semiconductor industry with expertise in world-wide Channel sales and Business Development. Joseph is an electronic engineer, chartered manager and a graduate of the University of London. Dr. Chu was admitted a Member of the British Institute of Management in 1989 (now Chartered Management Institute, UK)
Prior to this he has been a Vice President of Mirics Semiconductor of UK, VP & Director of Business Development of Parlex Corp., USA now a Johnson Electric company. His experience also includes STMicroelectronics' where-in he was the head of the Wireless Infrastructure Business Unit based in Shanghai, while his role with Intersil/Harris Semiconductor saw him assume responsibility for the company's sales and marketing for the Central Asia region. He also worked in commercial management roles with companies including AT&T, Vishay and Mitel.
